Sew-ins are the studio's core focus. The studio describes its sew-ins as its entire craft, built up over hundreds of installs. Options range from full sew-ins and partial or leave-out installs to closures and frontals. Booking a closure install can include a take-down of 30 minutes or one hour. Sew-in pricing depends on length, density, technique and customization, and installs typically take two to four hours depending on the style and any added color or cutting. The studio uses premium, long-lasting hair for sew-ins, and a featherweight braid foundation is offered, which the studio says is designed to protect natural hair and scalp. Pre-install hair therapy is available before installs.

The wig and silk press services cover custom work. Wig services include glueless installs, lace melts, custom cutting and coloring, and full customization, which can be done on a client's own unit or on a unit from the approved collection. Wig installs typically take one to three hours, and pricing depends on the level of customization and unit type. Silk press sessions include a wash, deep condition and press, and typically run one and a half to two and a half hours. Clients can upload inspiration photos if they wish. The VIP Sew-In Membership, called The Inner Circle, adds priority booking, member-only pricing, pre-install hair therapy at each install, VIP bundle drops, a personal install and take-down schedule, and a private text line.
