New guests usually start with a 30-minute New Guest Experience consultation for $50, which can be done virtually or in person. During it, the stylist looks at the hair's needs and sets out a personalized plan. Guests who want a new color begin with this consultation before booking the color service itself.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit paid through Square at the time of booking, with the remaining balance paid at the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-call, no-show visits forfeit the deposit. Every appointment has a 10-minute grace period; arrivals after that can incur a $50 late fee or have the appointment canceled. Only the scheduled client may be present during the service. Cash, card and tap payments are accepted, and a valid government-issued photo ID is required for card transactions.

Between visits, the salon recommends products for at-home hair care, which are available through its online shop.
