Every in-salon appointment begins with a consultation, where the stylist looks at hair texture and shapes the style around it. Clients are shown how to care for and maintain their look at home, and product suggestions are given along the way. A first curly haircut is booked as about a two-hour appointment, and hair should be detangled and no more than two days old when it arrives. Standalone consultations are also available for $65, lasting 20 minutes.
Specialty services include conditioning treatments, keratin treatments, up-dos and pin-ups, and wedding hairdos, which are quoted after a consultation. Services are for clients over 16, and gift certificates never expire and can be applied when booking online.
