A visit usually starts with a conversation about what the client wants. Clients who aren't sure which service fits can book a consultation first. Most clients return every 4 to 6 weeks for root touch-ups or cuts and every 8 to 12 weeks or more for highlights or lived-in color, and the studio recommends professional products and a maintenance schedule suited to each client's hair.

Booking requires a valid card on file. Some services take a deposit that is applied to the total on the day. Changes need 24 to 48 hours' notice, and cancellations outside that window or missed appointments carry a 50% fee. Deposits are not refunded for late cancellations, adjustment requests must be made within 7 days of the appointment, and service sales are final. Clients are asked to arrive on time, since late arrivals may need a shortened service or a new appointment.
