The service menu falls into six categories: color work, haircuts, styling with makeup, brow shaping and waxing, treatments with texture services, and consultations.

Signature offerings include hand-painted balayage and ombré, along with custom handmade hair extension halos that are sewn and cut to the client's color, with an optional clip installation. The salon also offers Bellami hair extensions, including no-sew beaded wefts. Brazilian Blowout smoothing comes in a 1 oz or 2 oz size for frizzy hair, and the salon says the results last up to 12 weeks. Perms range from a traditional permanent wave to a spiral perm for tight curls or loose beach waves. Scalp services include a dry oil massage using essential oils such as rosemary, lavender and tea tree, and a scalp rejuvenation massage with clarifying, exfoliation and steam. Olaplex and Bond Rx can be added to color services.

A visit usually starts with booking online through the salon's Square page, by text or by phone. A debit or credit card must be on file to schedule. Services are arranged in the order they are received, for example highlights, then toning, then a treatment, then the haircut and style. Dry cuts need clean, dry hair, beard trims need a clean beard, and up-dos are done on clean, dry hair without a shampoo and blowout. For a bigger change or a color correction, a strand test consultation is available, and clients are asked to message before booking Global Platinum Lightening, which has many steps.

The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday from 1 to 6 pm, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 9:30 am to 4 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Rescheduling or canceling with less than 24 hours' notice carries a fee of half the appointment, and a no-show is charged the full appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rescheduling with a half-price charge. Services of three hours or longer may require a nonrefundable 50% deposit. Gift cards are sold in eGift amounts of $55, $120, $155, $180, or a custom amount.

Color and cut are planned together around how each client lives and what they prefer, and services are booked in a set order so each step builds on the last.

The space is described as gender inclusive and sensory sensitive, with shampoo bowls that have head rests and comfortable chairs.
