The owners designed, built and opened the salon in 2017. It covers about 2,000 square feet, and the reception area is white and sleek, lit by a ribbon chandelier, with a white-tiled wall and a silver epoxy floor with a marble-look finish. The waiting area has a quartz-topped coffee and wine bar and a shelf of salon-exclusive shampoos, conditioners and styling products.

The salon describes its stylists and colorists as highly skilled and knowledgeable, and says it aims to make each visit memorable from the moment guests arrive. The team works on current hair designs across color, cuts, styling and extensions. Prices for hair and chemical services depend on the stylist, the coloring technique and hair length, so the salon offers a complimentary consultation during business hours to give an exact quote.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with Wednesday and Thursday evenings until 8 p.m. by appointment only. Saturday runs 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sundays are closed, and Mondays are for office use only. Clients who are not satisfied with a service can say so within 24 hours, and a correction can be booked within a week of the original appointment.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free. Less notice is charged half the service cost, and same-day cancellations are charged in full. No-shows are charged the full service cost and cannot rebook with a stylist until the balance is paid. Hair services are performed on clients over 10; younger children must be accompanied at all times by an adult who is not having hair services that day.

The salon accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. The site notes that a tip of 15 to 20 percent of the service price is the industry average, and that tipping is a matter of choice. Unused or unopened products bought in the salon can be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
