The menu is built around hair color and hair design. Color ranges from glosses, toners and root work through single process, select and full highlights, double process and balayage. Hair design covers haircuts for children, men and women, blow-outs, updos and special event styling, and extensions, which are quoted after a consultation.

Booking works on a few rules. Color services need a consultation and strand test before the first appointment. Extensions go through a consultation and carry a non-refundable 50% deposit. A credit card is kept on file at booking, with no charge made then. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice; a missed or late change costs half of the scheduled services, and a second occurrence costs the full amount. After a third occurrence, the client cannot book. Services and products are non-refundable, but changes can be requested within 10 days if a client is unhappy, and a redo needs a new appointment. Anyone with box or non-professional color in their hair should say so, since results cannot be guaranteed otherwise. Clients who feel unwell should reschedule with their stylist or the front desk.
