The salon says it holds itself to high standards for safety, skill and style, and that it avoids harsh chemicals, questionable products and rushed technique. Its gel is HEMA-free and its acrylic is EMA-based rather than MMA. A small stock of HEMA-free gel is kept for clients with allergies and can be requested in advance.
Pedicures are waterless, so feet are not soaked. Gel manicures are cured under LED light, and builder gel, Gel-X soft gel extensions and acrylic fullsets are offered for strength and length. The salon does not work over builder gel or acrylic applied at other salons, and it removes enhancements it applied itself as part of the service.
Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. One guest may accompany a client, and children are welcome if they can sit through the appointment. Clients running more than five minutes late should text the salon, and if the day is full, late services may be shortened or moved. Clients are asked to skip lotion or oil right before an appointment and to wait a few hours after a sauna or cold plunge. Payment is by card or cash, with cash tips appreciated but not required; payment apps are not accepted. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm, with Sunday and Monday closed.
Nail art is booked as an add-on alongside an acrylic or gel service. Pricing depends on time, complexity and materials, and the artist confirms the price beforehand. A design typically takes about 15 to 45 minutes or more, and custom art needs extra booking time. Designs are shaped to each client's nail shape and lifestyle rather than copied from inspiration photos.
