Beyond waxing, the studio offers eyebrow trimming and shaping, brow lamination and tint, and lash lift and tint, which lifts natural lashes from the root and adds color. A Hydrojelly Mask, a gel-based skin treatment, can be added to a visit and is suggested as a companion to Brazilian, underarm and full face waxes. Some waxing packages include a defined area, such as the binki line or mankini line, which is measured from the natural bikini line.

The space is described as judgment-free, with the goal of helping clients feel at ease. First-time guests are asked to fill out forms before booking, including a medical form. Hours are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The studio is closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays.

Booking rules are set out clearly. Clients may check in up to nine minutes after their scheduled time, and appointments are canceled automatically if check-in happens ten minutes or more after the start time. Same-day cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows carry a penalty. After three such occurrences, a deposit is required to secure future appointments, and a deposit is forfeited if the appointment is canceled, rescheduled or missed on the same day. Gift cards are offered, and there is a balance check on the studio's site.
