Times run from about an hour for a basic braid down to around four hours for medium knotless braids or small stitched ponytails.

Booking takes a $20 non-refundable deposit, applied toward the service total. Appointments canceled within 24 hours lose the deposit, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged half the service total. A $20 late fee applies after 20 minutes, and arriving 30 minutes late without word cancels the appointment. Hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 11:30 AM, closed Sunday. All sales are final.

Clients with a tender or sensitive scalp, past tension bumps, or past reactions to braids are asked to say so before the appointment, and to speak up during it if tension feels too tight. Some tenderness is common after braids and tends to ease as the style settles. Concerns about excessive discomfort or irritation should be raised within 48 hours with clear photos. Complimentary corrections must be booked within 14 days of the original appointment, cover only the original service, and are reviewed case by case rather than guaranteed.
