The massage and bodywork menu covers neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, shiatsu, sports massage, prenatal massage, relaxation massage, reflexology, cupping, craniosacral therapy, fascial and myofascial therapies, manual lymphatic drainage and active isolated stretching. Energy-based options include BodyTalk, reiki with chakra balancing, and frequency specific microcurrent. The massage therapists are licensed.

Nutritional counseling uses Meridian Autonomic Technique, a muscle testing method based on acupuncture points, and the chiropractic menu also includes neuro-emotional technique.
