A full visit moves through six steps: a welcome drink, the cut, a hot lather neck shave, steamed towels with essential oils, straight razor work and a finish. Clients can have a whiskey, a beer or an espresso on arrival at no charge. The shop has four barbers and one chair, and each barber works the full service menu at the same prices. Clients can choose a named barber when booking, and the barber keeps notes between visits.
