Its founder, Elizabeth Adams, MD, has been injecting since 2012 and began with a small practice in a rented room inside an aesthetician's office, which later grew into her own practice. The studio does not offer fillers, lasers or other categories of treatment, so each visit stays focused on the injections the client came for.

A visit begins with a consultation, which is included in every appointment and never charged separately. The treatment plan is set during that consultation and starts with an assessment of how the face and neck move rather than one standard injection pattern. Appointments typically run about 20 minutes from start to finish, and most clients return to normal activities right away. Every treatment includes a complimentary refinement window from day 10 to day 14.

Pricing is a flat fee per treatment area with unlimited units, and the price is stated before the appointment. The studio does not bill insurance but offers payment over time through Cherry; STILL says it is not a lender and that Cherry sets the terms. Walk-ins are welcome, and same-day or next-day appointments are available for most visits. Online booking covers individual appointments, memberships and gift cards.

Specialty treatments include masseter Botox for jaw slimming and teeth grinding, platysmal band Botox for vertical neck bands, and Botox for excessive underarm sweating. The studio says Botox is FDA-approved for severe primary underarm sweating in adults when topical treatments are not enough, and it describes its masseter and platysmal band use as off-label. Clients can add a lip flip to a signature, masseter, neck, hyperhidrosis or standard Botox visit.

An optional membership costs $149 a year and brings $50 off each visit, including specialty treatments, priority for same-day and next-day appointments, a touch-up window from day 14 to day 21 with no charge for corrections, and access to member-only events. The All Year package covers four physician-directed appointments with unlimited units and touch-ups over one year, priced at $1,500 for two areas or $2,300 for three, and it includes a complimentary lower face treatment at each visit and a $100 gift certificate for a friend.
