The menu is organized around signature braids, locs and other braided styles. Knotless braids are priced by size and length, from small to large and from bob to thigh length, with regular and boho versions offered for several sizes. Passion twists come in small, medium and large, and cornrows, reed-in cornrows and crochet braids are quoted from a starting price. Locs include starter locs, wash and re-twist, faux locs, soft locs, Bora locs, and sisters locs for maintenance. Kids' braids and kids' cornrows are available for children under 12.

Hair is provided for most services, including box braids, passion twists and cornrows. Certain crochet styles can be done with a client's own hair if the salon is told in advance. Bookings can be made up to three months ahead. Online deposits are paid by card or Cash App and are refundable within 24 hours of booking. Payment on the day of service is by cash or Cash App.

Visits include complimentary snacks, drinks and Wi-Fi. Guests are welcome only with prior approval, and late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period before a $25 fee applies for each additional 15 minutes.
