StellzNailz

StellzNailz is a private studio run by nail artist Stella in a suite near Park Street in Alameda. The studio works exclusively with gel, so acrylic and dip services are not offered. Appointments are required, and the address is sent in the confirmation email.

Signature Gel X Extensions give instant length using Aprés soft gel tips fitted to the natural nail bed, in any length and shape. The service includes removal of previous work, detailed dry cuticle prep with an e-file, and one solid gel color. Foreign removal is an add-on, and clients arriving with gel product on their nails should select it when booking.

The Structure Gel Manicure is a hard gel overlay that strengthens natural nails and improves their shape, and it suits clients growing out their natural length. It includes removal or rebalancing of previous work, detailed dry cuticle prep with an e-file, and one solid gel color. Full removal of an existing set is also offered on its own.

Repairs are split by timing. A chipped, lifted or broken nail within 7 days of the appointment is repaired free, and damage after 7 days is priced per nail. Nail art can be added in three tiers, from simple patterns such as dots, aura, blooming gel and cat eye, through medium designs that mix two techniques or use light linework, to advanced 3D designs and different designs on each nail. Stella specializes in editorial and trendy nail art.

Clients are asked to come alone and keep a card on file to secure appointments. Street parking is available on Park St., which is metered, and on nearby residential streets, so allow 5 to 10 extra minutes to find a spot. The preferred ways to pay the final balance are Zelle, Apple Cash and cash.

Visits are scheduled ahead, since the space operates by appointment only. The salon occupies a separate, closed-off room not far from Park Street in Alameda.
