New guests can start with a free 15-minute consultation, and anyone considering extensions can book a 30-minute extension consultation at no charge. For color, the larger options are full or partial balayage and highlight services that include root shadow, gloss, cut and style, with the new-growth options priced below them. Color Model is a separate option where the color is agreed with the stylist and models cover the cost of color or lightener.
Blowouts range from a shorter style to an extended version for people with extensions or very dense, thick hair. A Secret Wednesday Blowout is open only to new guests on Wednesdays. Two monthly memberships each include a set number of blowouts, and membership credits roll over and can be shared with another person.
Extension services include tinsel, reapplications priced by row count, and tape weft reapplications for existing extension clients, with deposits set for new clients on some tape weft services. Booking terms apply: cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours forfeit the deposit, no-shows are charged the full service price to the card on file, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 8 AM to 7 PM, Friday and Saturday 7 AM to 3 PM, and the salon is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.
