Samantha works with low-maintenance services that enhance what clients already have. She aims for every client to feel safe, seen and respected, in a space where no one is judged. Clients who have a question before booking can send it through the contact page on the website.

The menu covers three areas. Brow services include waxing, tweezing, tinting, brow lamination and maintenance refreshes, plus combinations of wax and tint. Lash services include Korean lash lifts for new and returning clients, lash tints, lash lift maintenance, and reversal for lash lifts done elsewhere that a client is not happy with. The waxing menu covers the upper lip, chin, ears, nose, sideburns, underarms and a Brazilian wax package.

Booking terms are set out on the site. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment, and it can also be used for packages. Existing package credits are applied automatically at checkout when a client books on the services page. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.

Samantha focuses on low-maintenance services that enhance natural features, in a judgment-free setting.
