The studio is in Suite 40 at the back of the Salons by JC suites in Cherry Creek Mall, in a quieter part of the floor. During mall hours, clients enter from the East parking deck off Steele Street on the first floor and go to the last door on the right, across from Panda Express. Outside mall hours, the salon entrance is off Cherry Creek North Drive. Sound dampeners and white noise machines are used in the treatment room, and clean robes are provided for every treatment.

A visit starts with a consultation about goals, routine, current products and treatment history. Each facial and body treatment includes a skin analysis that guides the steps and products used, and each waxing service includes ingrown hair removal. Facials can be worn with makeup, since makeup removal and cleansing are part of every facial. Aftercare advice and guidance for home care between visits follow each treatment.

Facial options include the Express Facial, a 30-minute treatment (45 minutes total) suited to a midday break or a visit before an event; the Signature Stay Ready Facial, a fully customized 75-minute treatment (90 minutes total) with targeted steps; and a Seasonal Apple Crisp Facial at $150, which rotates through the year and uses Swiss apple ingredients that the business says have brightening and antioxidant properties. Body treatments include the Signature Stay Ready Intimate Treatment, bum, back facial, arm and hand, half leg and full leg options, plus a back of thigh add-on. Waxing covers underarms, arms, legs, backs, bikini, and Brazilian waxes for women and men. Soft waxing uses Satin Smooth Zinc Oxide wax, hard waxing uses Waxness Sensi-clear, and the wax type is chosen at consultation without changing the price.

Products come from TUEL, Green Envee, PCA Skin and Skin Script, and the business says it is not tied to one brand and chooses product lines based on results. Custom in-house formulations are mixed in the treatment room and may be available for home use. Body treatments use the same full-strength products as the facials.

Services are generally available Wednesday through Sunday, and the booking link shows current availability. A 30% deposit secures each appointment, and cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours forfeit it. Repeated late cancellations or reschedules may lead to being blocked from booking or to a full deposit requirement. Clients who have not arrived or made contact nine minutes after the start time are recorded as no-call, no-shows and charged the full service price. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
