Newcomers begin with an intake conversation about their objectives, medical background and daily habits, then move on to a skin evaluation and a timed treatment roadmap. Advance consultation is required for most services, and every medical procedure calls for an in-person visit with a licensed practitioner. These visits also go over medications and medical history, plus expected costs, downtime and potential risks before any treatment takes place. Before leaving, clients receive aftercare instructions. The business also suggests professional-grade skin products, sun protection and return appointments.

Treatments are performed by trained clinical specialists under medical oversight, with protocols adjusted to each client's skin. Dr. John Kinross-Wright serves as Medical Director and oversees the advanced treatments. The menu falls into five groups: injectables such as neurotoxins, fillers and a collagen biostimulator; skin treatments including custom facials, peels and a bundled collagen session; device work with lasers, light, radiofrequency and microneedling; wellness services including hyperbaric oxygen and medical weight loss; and IV drips.

Hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday by appointment only, and closed Sunday. A deposit may be required for certain services, and booking confirmation means agreeing to the cancellation policy. Financing is offered through Cherry, a buy-now-pay-later service with 0% APR plan options subject to eligibility; lending partners issue the plans and terms depend on credit and other factors. Gift cards can be bought and redeemed for any service and are delivered instantly. Memberships are described as saving 10 to 20 percent off every visit, with details shared at the appointment.
