Each service begins with a consultation, which is where the stylist and client plan the look, color or extension work before anything is done. Color correction and hair extensions are also arranged after a consultation.

The menu is grouped into women's cuts and styling, color and highlights, men's cuts, bridal services and extensions. Clip-in pricing depends on how much hair is needed and the style chosen, and bridal fees are paid in the salon.

Clients can try a different stylist or colorist at the salon if they wish, and can check out early, including while color is processing, with help from the Service Coordinator. Parking is suggested at the Chester Maple municipal lot behind the building, paid through Park White Plains.
