The salon offers haircuts for children up to age 11, young men and young women ages 12 to 17, men's cuts, women's cuts with shampoo, blowdry and style included, and genderless and non-binary haircuts. Color ranges from single-process and double-process work to partial and full highlights, and fantasy color is offered after a consultation. Keratin treatments, updos, conditioning treatments and blowdry styling are also on the menu.

Fantasy color requires a consultation before booking. Clients are asked to send a photo of their current hair and their inspiration shade ahead of time. Prices may shift slightly for extra time or product, and the stylist will say during the consultation if a cost may go above the listed price.

Children are welcome for haircuts, but only when at least one parent or guardian is a current client. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and arriving more than 15 minutes late forfeits the appointment. Requests for changes to a color or cut should be made within three days. Chemical services are not shortened on request.

Clients can reach the salon by email or by call or text. Email or text is the easiest route. Online booking requests are reviewed before they are confirmed, so an immediate confirmation email is not guaranteed. To reschedule online, book the new time first and note the appointment to cancel. Physical gift cards are sold on-site, a digital option is available online, and Manayunk gift cards are accepted.

The salon describes itself as a happy place and a creative destination, and as a Queer and Trans safe space. Clients who use employees' and guests' preferred pronouns are welcome; those unwilling to do so will not be served.
