The facial menu starts with a custom facial that includes massage and extractions. Microdermabrasion is a custom facial that uses a machine to exfoliate. A dermaplane version adds exfoliation, a mask, massage and hydration. The nanoinfusion facial uses a skin pen to push a custom serum into the skin and is described as having no downtime, with dermaplaning available as an addition. The Skinbetter Signature Glow combines cleansing, massage, dermaplaning and an AlphaRet peel, and an extra peel pad is sent home for use. The FAUX-TOX Signature Firming Treatment combines peptides, vitamin C, micro-current and a protein tightening mask, and includes neck and dermaplane. The salon describes it as giving the skin a temporary Botox-like lift.

Treatments include a customized, self-neutralizing chemical peel starting at $125, which can be combined with dermaplaning, and microneedling starting at $200, which uses medical-grade needles to create micro-channels in the skin. Recommended aftercare is part of the microneedling plan. Add-ons can be attached to any treatment: a brow wax, an eye mask or LED light therapy for $20, a neck and decollete treatment for $30, and a seasonal pumpkin spice peach glow upgrade for $40, which is offered only with facials.

Before a treatment, clients are asked to avoid topical exfoliants, waxing, laser treatments, alcohol, ibuprofen and excess caffeine. Afterward, clients are asked to avoid heat such as hot showers, baths, saunas and hot workouts, to stay out of direct sun, to use mineral sunscreen and to skip makeup for 24 hours. Normal skincare can resume 5 to 7 days after treatment. eGift cards are available in $85, $100, $125 and $200 amounts or a custom value.

Care continues beyond the appointment, with pre- and post-visit guidance and home products included as part of the plan.
