The business was founded by Lindsay Jackson, a licensed aesthetician with more than 20 years in the field. After training in licensing and aesthetics at Karche Trade School in 2001 and a year of certified training, she opened the first shop in Carefree. Her own focus is custom facials, peels, microdermabrasion and laser, and she has performed laser hair removal and laser facials for over a decade.

Visits begin with a conversation about skin concerns, lifestyle and budget, and each treatment plan is shaped around those answers. Facial and laser treatments are booked by consultation or appointment, through the website or by phone. Injectable treatments start with a consultation with one of the nurses. The space is calm and quiet, and guests are offered wine, Dutch coffee and sweet treats during their visit.
