Most visits are built around a conversation first. New clients start with a free consultation to talk through hair goals and history, and color or extension work begins from that plan. Extension services need a consultation and a signed client acknowledgement form before any hair is ordered, and bridal services need a consultation and a signed contract before they can be booked.

The menu runs from quick add-ons and kids' cuts to full highlighting and bridal hair and makeup. Men's gray blending and gray coverage are sized to the Signature Cut length, and the studio shares a portfolio of color, haircut, fade and extension work.
