Color is the largest group. It runs from a mini custom color of face-framing highlights or hairline color blocking, through partial and full dimensional color such as balayage, full highlights or lowlights, to a single all-over shade and root work for new growth, gray coverage or blondes who need a bleach-based root touch-up. Platinum Card blonding and color correction for at-home dye jobs both require a consultation before booking.

Consultations are a practical starting point. A 20-minute color consultation is free and suits anyone unsure what to book. Most services can be consulted on virtually through Instagram, while vivid color and color correction need an in-person consultation. An extensions consultation, lasting 30 minutes, is also free.

Haircuts range from a standard cut with wash and style to a transformational haircut for dramatic changes such as a first mullet, shag or bob. Shampoo and blow-dry is offered on its own, with heat styling of the client's choice.

Booking terms: appointments can be canceled with at least 48 hours notice, and cancellation exceptions are handled case by case. Clients who are sick are asked to reschedule and are not charged. No-call no-shows are charged the full service fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Hours are Tuesday 11 AM to 6 PM, Friday 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM; the salon is closed Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

Consultation comes first for the more involved work. Virtual consultations cover most services, and in-person consultations are required for vivid color and color correction.
