Waxing is the core of the menu, using both soft and hard wax. Options range from face, underarm and leg waxing to full and partial Brazilian waxing, with a separate menu for men's Brazilian waxing in full and partial versions. Brow services include lamination with shaping, an optional color boost, microblading sessions and a microblading package with a touch-up session. Brow consultations are free. Lash lifts are offered with or without a color boost. Facials run from a 30-minute refresh to 60- and 90-minute treatments, and there is a 30-minute Power Peel treatment that can be bought as a bundle of 3 or 6. The studio recommends a series of Power Peel sessions spaced two weeks apart.

Booking can be done online, by email, or by phone. Walk-ins are welcome and can use the online booking kiosk at the front of the studio. A valid credit card is needed to book. Appointments cancelled within two hours, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the service total to the card on file. Purchases are final, with no refunds, exchanges or store credit. New clients receive 20% off their first waxing service, though the offer does not include lash lifts or brow lamination and cannot be combined with other offers. Hours are Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm.

For waxing, the studio uses a fresh wax stick for each application and does not double dip on soft tissue areas. Clients are asked to avoid shaving for two to three weeks beforehand and to let hair grow to about a quarter inch. Waxing is not performed for clients using Retin-A, Differin, Accutane, alpha hydroxy acids, glycolic acid or similar exfoliants. Clients should mention medications, sunburn, recent facial surgery or chemotherapy in the prior six months before a service. The studio recommends waxing every three to six weeks, and a post-treatment oil with lavender and peppermint is applied afterward.

Each professional runs an independent practice inside a shared studio, and the team asks clients to share relevant medical and skin history before a service.
