The menu covers a range of hair work. Haircuts and styling for women and men are offered alongside blow outs and occasion styles such as updos and waves for prom. Single process color comes in four options, from an all-over application to root touch-ups, a root touch-up with a custom gloss, and a toner or gloss refresh between color or blonding visits. Blonding is a large part of the menu, with balayage and foilayage, full and partial highlights, ultra-fine babylights, highlights combined with color, and the Platinum Card service with its retouch for regrowth. Hair extensions can be installed, with pricing that depends on the job.

Clients who are unsure about blonding can book a complimentary highlight consultation to talk through options, pricing and upkeep before committing. Some services require a $15 deposit, including for new clients. Clients are asked to give notice as soon as possible if they need to cancel or move an appointment so it can be rescheduled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
