Specialty balayage and highlight services are built from hairline detail, foiling, root shadow or melt, a gloss and a treatment, and a color add-on can be added to any specialty service. Coloring options range from root touch-ups and gloss maintenance to all-over color. The Smoothing Treatment, formerly called the Brazilian Blowout, is free of harmful chemicals.

Extensions are hand-tied Invisible Bead Extensions. Pricing is not listed, so a free consultation is needed for an estimate. A non-refundable retainer secures the first appointment, which includes custom color matching, blending, styling and before and after photos. Move-up appointments, which take two to three hours, are booked every eight to twelve weeks. The salon recommends a sulfate-free hydrating shampoo and conditioner for extensions, sold through the stylist, and IN COMMON Magic Myst as a heat protectant.

Hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday, with Monday and Thursday from 10am to 4pm and Friday from 9am to 4pm; the business is closed Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Cancellations more than 48 hours ahead are accepted, while cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the booked value. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule. Children cannot be accommodated during appointments. Hair services are not refunded in money; adjustments to the original service are offered instead, and haircut or color adjustment requests must be made within 7 days of the appointment.
