The salon has operated in El Paso since 2013 and sits at the corner of Mesa and Mesa Hills, with free parking in front. It is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm and on Sundays from 11 am to 5 pm. Walk-ins are accepted, though Saturdays are walk-in only, and booking ahead is suggested to shorten the wait. Payment is by cash, Visa or Mastercard, and tips can be given in cash, by gift card, or by credit or debit card, with the salon saying cash is best.

Client satisfaction is the salon's first priority, and the team aims to help each client look and feel their best. Pedicures use natural products and botanicals blended in-house, and the salon describes its spa as using organic ingredients. Pedicure choices run from a regular service to deluxe, luxury, pearl, chamomile and jelly-based treatments. Every pedicure includes nail shaping, cuticle detail, sole conditioning, a massage and polish.

On arrival, manicure tables have odor control and pedicure chairs are fitted with disposable liners. Each service uses a disposable manicure or pedicure kit, along with disposable files, buffers and pumice. Metal instruments are steam sterilized in a dental-grade autoclave, and tools go through three cleaning steps before being sealed in pouches for use. Clients can watch four HD flat-screen TVs with surround sound and a range of movies, and complimentary water, soda, red and white wine, chocolate and candy are offered.

Dipping powder is odor free according to the salon, contains vitamin E and calcium, and needs no liquid or UV light. It usually lasts two to three weeks, and dip overlay starts at $50 while other dip services start at $55. Gel manicures cost $35 and usually last two to three weeks. Custom nail art, including 3D, 4D and gel designs, can be created from a client's inspiration pictures, usually at $5 per two fingers, with prices from $5 to $30 depending on difficulty. A nail repaired within a week of being done at the salon is not charged. Removing acrylic when a new acrylic set is booked, or removing dip before a gel service, costs $5, while removing gel, dip or acrylic without a new booking costs $10, and gel-to-gel and dip-to-dip removal is free.

Eyelash extensions are $120 for a classic full set, $130 for a hybrid full set and $150 for a 3D volume full set, with refills from $70 to $90 depending on how many lashes need filling. The salon says extensions last about two weeks. Eyelash lifting, tinting and lash Botox are offered as a package for $85, against a regular price of $130, and the salon says the lift takes 30 to 45 minutes with results lasting up to two months. The salon says its lash artists are Elleebana certified. Facials include a 35-minute mini facial for $45 and a 60-minute deluxe facial for $80. Waxing starts at $8 and covers areas from lip and chin to full legs, and body massage is also listed on the home page.

Client satisfaction comes first, with single-use supplies for each service and sterilized metal tools.

Manicure and pedicure visits come with four HD flat-screen TVs with surround sound and complimentary refreshments.
