The hair menu covers cuts, color, perms, smoothing treatments and styling, and includes men's haircuts and beard trims. Coloring appointments usually take about two to four hours. Extensions are offered, with pricing set after a consultation. The salon recommends a trim every six to eight weeks to keep hair healthy.

Beyond hair, the salon offers full makeup with or without lashes, half-hour and one-hour massages that can cover the full body or focus on problem areas, and a range of nail services including gel, acrylic, Gel X, dip, pedicures, kids' nails and nail art. Waxing is available for brows, lip and chin, and Foot Detox sessions can be booked singly or in packages of four or six.

Clients can book through the salon's online booking page, with select stylists, or by phone. Hours vary from day to day depending on appointments. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are accepted. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged a booking fee of 50% of the scheduled cost, and no-shows are charged the full price of the booked service.
