Appointments take place in a studio on West Main Street in Lebanon. The space plays 2000s R&B during sessions, so visits have a relaxed, music-led feel. Booking is handled through Glossgenius, and a card on file is required to reserve a time.

Color services range from quick toner refreshes and root touch-ups to partial and full highlights and balayage. Longer sessions such as full balayage are scheduled with more time set aside, and the studio lists approximate durations for each service so clients can plan.

The studio's hours are set for a short working week: Monday and Tuesday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM. It is closed Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Gift cards are available, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing can be used for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Color is tailored to each client and planned so it stays easy to live with between visits, with attention to keeping hair in good condition.
