A trichology visit starts with diagnosis. The studio looks for the underlying cause of hair loss, which it groups as hormonal, nutritional, inflammatory, or a combination, and it provides a written plan before recommending any treatment. The two-visit comprehensive evaluation is $599 and includes a full consultation, trichoscope imaging, DNA APT follicle testing and a pull test, followed by a results review once bloodwork is back. Clients can complete a hair-growth questionnaire before a first visit, progress photos are taken at every visit, and plans are adjusted as the hair responds. Bloodwork is provided as a written request for the client's own doctor to order, billed to the client's insurance. The studio does not accept insurance for trichology care but accepts HSA payments.

Hair restoration options include Alma TED Hair Restoration, a needle-free treatment using acoustic soundwaves and air pressure that lasts about 25 minutes per session and follows an initial consultation and signed form. Non-Surgical Growth Plans combine in-studio treatments, low-level light therapy and at-home care, and are priced after diagnosis. Hair recovery programs address shedding linked to hormonal, nutritional and GLP-1 medication factors, and scalp health treatments are offered for conditions including psoriasis, eczema, seborrheic dermatitis and alopecia areata, priced from $63 to $126 or quoted custom. The studio also offers a Scalp Analysis and Consultation at $599 and a Trichology Consultation at $599.

On the skin side, signature facials are performed by the studio's master aesthetician. Neck and décolleté cleansing, mask and hydration are included, and dermaplaning and LED light therapy are added when appropriate at no extra charge. Named facials range from The Refresh, a 30-minute facial at $95 that does not include peels or dermaplaning, to longer signature treatments and multi-visit series. Injectables and laser services such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser rejuvenation and skin brightening are planned during a consultation. Salon pricing depends on hair length, density and time required, and the stylist confirms the final price in person before the service begins. Color is made with Arété, OWAY and Simply Organic professional lines.

Service and retail prices are cash prices. Credit card payments carry a 3% surcharge, while debit, prepaid and membership payments do not. Facial bookings require a $50 deposit applied to the total, and cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice to keep it. Bookings are confirmed by a person from the studio, and clients can book by text during studio hours. The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM and Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Treatment plans can be scheduled around visits to the Sacramento area.

The studio looks for the cause of hair loss before any treatment, and it provides a written plan before recommending one. Trichology treatments in the Alma TED and in-studio programs are offered without needles or surgery.
