About
Dawn Bacchi founded STĀ Solutions, where she practises as a board-certified trichologist, bringing over four decades of hair experience to the role. She has created two hair care lines with certified-organic formulas, Hair Goddess and STĀ by Dawn Bacchi. She is also a licensed cosmetologist.
Her training includes the U.S. Trichology Institute, which certified her as a board-certified trichologist in 2022. In 2024 she earned a graduate credential from the World Trichology Society, and she is a certified Alma TED provider. She also teaches as one of the instructors for the studio's teen grooming workshop.
Her practice focuses on people losing hair because of genetics, hormones, illness, medication or age. She starts by identifying the cause and designs plans that avoid needles and surgery. For each client she evaluates the scalp and reviews the history, adding bloodwork when it is relevant, and when medical follow-up is needed she coordinates with the client's physician. She designs and oversees the Alma TED treatments and reviews every plan personally, writing it out before any treatment is recommended.
