Clients book and pay through the website, which uses Square for checkout. Requests to reschedule or cancel are asked to come at least one day ahead, and changes made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the booked services. A no-show is charged 50% of the scheduled services to the card on file, with an invoice emailed if that charge is declined. Clients running late or facing an emergency are asked to call the salon.

Preparation for waxing includes letting hair grow out for 10 to 14 days and gently exfoliating 48 hours before the visit. Afterward, clients are advised to avoid friction, sweating and sun exposure for a day, not to shave between services, and to apply Green Envee Bare Post Wax Oil daily along with gentle exfoliation two or three times a week. Waxing is recommended every four to six weeks.

Brow services start with a waxing appointment that covers a consultation, a trim, plucking where needed, filling in sparse areas with Brow Code cosmetics, and a conditioning session using Green Envee oil. Brow tint can last as long as three weeks, though the skin underneath may keep a faint stain for up to seven days. Right after application the color reads quite deep, then it lightens across the first day or two, so the salon recommends scheduling it two to three days ahead of a big occasion. Brow lamination is a semi-permanent process that lifts and angles brow hairs in an upward, diagonal direction, and the salon offers it no more often than every eight weeks. New lamination clients are given a bottle of Brow Code Brow Gold Oil.

The studio includes skin care and brow care guidance with every service and works from prep and aftercare routines meant to support the results of each wax.
