Colour is built around the Organic Colour Systems brand. The permanent colour is vegan friendly and free of ammonia, parabens and resorcinol, and it comes as a gel formula with 64 shades that can be mixed together. According to the salon, the colour is patented, dermatologically tested, gluten free and contains the lowest possible levels of PPD and PTD. The salon's colour system also includes care products used before and after colouring. The salon states that its colour works at a lower pH than traditional chemical colours and causes no damage to the hair.

Treatments include a Micro Mist treatment that uses an ultrasound-produced mist to help the hair absorb product more deeply and finishes with a cooling step that closes the cuticle, taking about 6 to 7 minutes.

Services over $100 may require a booking deposit of 25% of the service price. Changes and cancellations are requested at least 24 hours in advance, and cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a $75 per hour booked fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have services honored at the salon's discretion, and the salon may cancel or modify services to keep appointments on time. Stylists are independent, and the salon offers to help them build a clientele and grow their business.
