Callista Beauty&Spa has been based in Jefferson Park since October 2022. Before the move, it spent several years in the Brickyard neighborhood, leaving because its rooms had grown too cramped. Visitors can get there on foot from the Blue Line and Metra stations at Jefferson Park, and free parking is available directly outside. Clients come from Portage Park, Albany Park, Norwood Park, Park Ridge, Edison Park, Elmwood Park, Norridge, Dunning and nearby areas.

Visits begin with a personal consultation. For skin care, that conversation covers skin type, concerns, history and goals, and is followed by a tailored plan and recommended home care products. Laser hair removal starts with a free skin assessment, where the laser is chosen for the client based on skin type, hair texture and treatment history. Advanced laser and body contouring treatments call for a separate consultation first. A free consultation can also be requested through the website, and the business replies within one business day.

The menu is broad. Skin care includes facials, advanced device treatments and laser treatments. Body contouring covers device-based sculpting, wraps and body treatments. Laser hair removal uses Candela and diode systems. The nail bar, brow and lash services, makeup, Hairbar haircuts and color, and sugaring and waxing round out the offerings. The salon says it offers more than 50 treatments under one roof, reports having served more than 5,000 clients, and shows a 4.8 star rating from 186 Google reviews.

Staff work in English, Ukrainian and Russian. Appointments can be booked by phone or text, through social media, on the website or in person. Walk-ins are accepted when there is availability, though booking ahead is recommended. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations carry a 50% service charge, and no-shows are charged the full service fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Payment is accepted by cash, credit card and debit card. Gift cards can be bought for specific services or dollar amounts, never expire, and are available in Jefferson Park or by phone. Monthly memberships and multi-session packages reduce the cost of regular treatments such as facials, body contouring courses and ongoing laser plans. Hours are Monday to Friday 9AM to 8PM, Saturday 9AM to 5PM, and closed Sunday.

Each treatment is tailored after a consultation that considers skin, hair type and history before any recommendation is made.
