The studio's stated aim is spiritual healing and body awareness. Massage, skin care and lash services are all handled by the same provider in one location. Massage can also be arranged at a client's own location by contacting the business directly.

Massage options include Swedish and Deep Tissue, along with Spiritual Massage, which combines massage with holistic healing techniques. Expectant mothers can book a massage once they are past the first trimester, with their doctor's consent. A one-section cupping treatment is also offered.

Skin care ranges from a Custom Facial to a Chakra Facial that opens with a chakra reading and pairs the client with a crystal. Other options include a Nano-Needle Facial, an Acne Facial Peel, a Back Facial and a Dermaplane Facial, plus several add-ons such as gua sha, dermaplaning and a Level 1 peel. Lash services include removal, tints, lifts, brow lamination and classic, hybrid and volume extensions. Lash products and crystals are sold as retail.

Online and phone bookings require a credit card and a non-refundable $35 deposit. Cancellations made at least 48 hours ahead are free, while later cancellations carry a percentage charge. All services and purchases are non-refundable, and gift cards have an expiration date.
