A first visit usually begins with a consultation, which is complimentary for new clients and for anyone considering a major change. Clients may bring one to three inspiration photos, and price estimates are available before a first visit on request. Color prices depend on hair length, current color, and how long it has been since the last appointment. Results depend on the hair's starting point, color history, texture, and health, and some goals take several appointments. After each service, clients receive a personalized aftercare routine that covers how often to shampoo and which treatments to use.

Recommended timing runs from every six weeks to about once a year, depending on the package. Olaplex products are used exclusively at the studio.

Clients can reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations carry no fee, though advance notice is appreciated. The studio does not offer refunds, but clients who are unhappy with a result that differs from what was agreed can reach out within seven days for adjustments; a change of mind is not covered. Clients should wait at least 24 hours after a chemical service before washing, and should arrive with clean, dry hair. The studio may take before, during, or after photos and videos for social media and marketing, and clients can opt out.

Services are customized to each client's hair starting point and goals, and bond-building care is included in every color service.
