The menu covers brow, facial, full-body and bikini waxing, plus vajacials and buttjacials for intimate and body skin, underarm brightening, and facial treatments tailored to skin type. The vajacial is a treatment for the bikini line and external genitalia aimed at ingrown hairs, razor burn and skin discoloration; it includes cleansing, steaming, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a mask, a leg massage and moisturizer. The studio calls the vajacial a signature treatment.
The Sphynx Brazilian Wax Reset is a multi-visit program for ingrowns, hyperpigmentation and overall skin health. It starts with a personalized consultation and includes three Brazilian waxes paid up front, a home-care regimen of cleanser, corrective serum, professional exfoliant and daily moisturizer, a post-care protocol, check-ins after services and follow-up consultations. The Kitty line of aftercare products, which includes Kitty Serum, Kitty Lotion and Kitty Cure, is sold in the studio, and at-home Intimate Skin Reset bundles can be bought without booking a waxing session.
Packages are priced in bundles. Bronze is $408 for six Brazilian waxes plus one free, Silver is $544 for eight plus two free, and Gold is $680 for ten plus two free, which works out to about $60 to $68 per wax against $80 per single session. Ultra Glow is $913 for six full body waxes plus one free, and Brow Sculpt is $194.40 for five brow sculpt waxes plus one free; a Brow Sculpt & Tint version is $216. Gift cards can be bought on the website and can be used to invite a friend or family member to a first visit.
Sphynx Wax Academy offers hands-on waxing training and advanced education, with classes that focus on technique, client comfort and professionalism. Options include a two-day full body wax master class with one-on-one training, one-day in-person Brazilian and Brazilian plus vajacial sessions, a Brazilian plus full face master class and an online Brazilian plus vajacial class. Booking policies: a valid credit card and a 25% non-refundable deposit are required. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the appointment. A no-show may be charged the full service cost to the card on file. Clients more than 10 minutes late may have their time extended, with a $15 late fee. Bookings made on the owner's days off carry a $30 convenience fee. No guests are allowed because of limited space, though newborns may be accepted if the studio is contacted first. Payment is by credit or debit card, and any cash balance must be the exact amount due. Clients are asked to shower beforehand and to let hair grow about 3 to 4 weeks, or at least 1/4 inch to 1 inch, before waxing. Male genital Brazilian waxes are not offered, but other services are open to all genders.
The studio focuses on comfort, aiming to minimize discomfort and soothe the skin during waxing through chosen products and client-experience methods.
