The studio is open Wednesday through Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM, and closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. A $50, 30-minute consultation is required before new extension applications and before color corrections and bleach and tone services, so the look can be planned ahead of the appointment.
Clients have included people from business and media, residents of the surrounding areas, and people styling for red carpet and stage events. The salon says attention to detail is what sets the experience apart.
Cancellation terms are set out in advance: no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full service price, and cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment are charged 50 percent of the service price.
