Spellbound Salon

Spellbound is at 6370 Sunset Blvd, Suite 309, within the Salon Republic of Hollywood. It is open Friday from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and it is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Owner Margie Saori Takeda leads the salon. According to the salon, its services are exceptional in quality.

Parking is easiest on Ivar between Sunset and De Longpre Avenue, where validated parking costs $3 for two hours with a $15 maximum. Metered spaces and other private lots are also nearby. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking.

Color correction and perm services require a deposit, set individually at consultation. The deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled at least 48 hours ahead. Changes and cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service. If a client is unhappy with a service, the salon will correct it at no extra charge within 7 days, though services themselves are not refunded.

The salon sells electronic gift cards in $20, $30, $50 and $100 amounts or a custom amount, and an online shop carries hair care, styling products, apothecary products and tools.

Each client's hair gets individual attention, with the aim of bringing out the best version of it.
