The salon is open Tuesday from 7am to 3pm, Wednesday from 9am to 9pm, Thursday from 7am to 9pm, Friday from 9am to 3pm, and Saturday from 8am to 3pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.

Adult cuts and styling start at $45 for men's shampoo, cut and finish, $50 for women's shampoo and style, and $70 for women's shampoo, cut and finish. Women's formal styling starts at $125. Children up to age 8 are priced at $30 for boys and $35 for girls, and children age 8 and over are charged the adult price. Chemical services begin with a permanent wave including cut and style at $165 and single-process color including cut and style at $170, with partial foil at $185, balayage and ombré at $200, and full foil at $200. The Brazilian Blowout starts at $350, and keratin smoothing is priced after a consultation with a stylist. Great Lengths hair extensions are also priced after a consultation.

The salon colors hair with Keune products and retails a line-up of hair care brands: Keune, Sebastian, Pureology, Moroccan Oil, It's A 10, American Crew, Matrix and Biolage. Clients can request items that are not on the shelf, and the salon will special order them to suit their needs.
