Massage is a central part of the menu. Expert Massage runs 60, 90 or 120 minutes and is customized by the therapist, so clients do not pick a style ahead of time. A 60-minute Express option without amenities is bookable Tuesday through Friday as a single service. Couples massage takes place in a private suite and is booked by phone. Other choices include Deep Tissue, Swedish and Neuromuscular work, prenatal and postnatal massage, hot stone massage with heated basalt stones, Poultice Herbal massage with dry brushing and warm herbal poultices, and Cupping Massage. Reiki Energy Work can be booked alone or combined with a massage.

The skincare menu includes custom facials and HydraFacial options. Signature facials pair dermaplaning or microdermabrasion with a biocellulose mask. The SkinCeuticals Physicians' Favorite Facial is described as a clinical-grade treatment with a professional-strength peel and antioxidant serums. The Organic Male OM4 Facial is built for men's skin with botanical products and can include a beard treatment. Enhancements such as microcurrent, LED light therapy and lymphatic drainage with herbal oil can be added to facial services.

The wellness side includes 30-minute infrared sauna sessions with chromotherapy, a private red light suite that also has room for light stretching, yoga or Pilates, and a communal Wellness Lounge with a tea bar. The Wellness Day Pass combines PEMF BioBalance therapy, a Red Light Bar and a Somadome Meditation Pod. Private group events can be held in The Sanctuary, a social wellness lounge, with packages that include sauna, red light, massage or facials.

Practical points: a 20% service fee applies to all wellness provider services, and additional gratuity may be added for exceptional service. Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, since late arrivals may shorten the service. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations are charged 50% of the service price. No-shows are charged the full price. Membership options include unlimited sauna and red light sessions, a monthly massage or facial, or unlimited waxing.
