Sparklle T. Beauty is a one-artist makeup and skin care business in Braintree, working out of Suite 405 at My Salon Suites on Grove Street. Owner and artist Sparklle Thames aims for each client to leave feeling like their most beautiful self, with makeup that enhances the face rather than covering it, and with a focus on building a healthy, comfortable relationship with cosmetics.

Makeup is offered in the Braintree studio and on location, with travel available outside Braintree. An in-studio makeup application takes about 75 minutes and costs $95, and an on-location application takes about 60 minutes and costs $125; both begin with a mini skin prep of cleanse, serum and moisturizer, and in-studio applications include complimentary strip lashes. Bridal makeup is $225 for the bride and takes 90 minutes, and a bridal preview and trial starts at $150 and runs 90 minutes or more, covering contract details, finalizing the look and testing different options. Character, Halloween and SFX makeup starts at $165 and takes about 105 minutes, with extra objects such as jewels, prosthetics or blood adding to the price. On-set work is priced at a $400 half-day rate covering 240 minutes, or a $750 day rate for jobs of five to ten hours. The portfolio covers bridal, bridesmaid, prom, portrait, engagement, boudoir, mother of the bride, character, and creative or runway looks. A makeup and mini facial combination costs $125 and takes 90 minutes, and a makeup lesson costs $125 and takes 90 minutes, including skin analysis, a look at current makeup, product guidance and step-by-step application, with virtual options available.

Facial options run from a 60-minute Signature Facial starting at $85 to a 40-minute express facial at $45, where the client picks one focus area. The Signature Facial opens with a skin assessment, then includes a thorough cleansing, enzyme-based exfoliation, pore clearing when needed, a tailored mask, and an optional massage for the face. A 50-minute back facial is $85, and a single-session light chemical peel is $65, with little to no recovery time. First-time clients need to book the Signature Facial before booking advanced treatments or a chemical peel. For best results, the salon recommends a series of six peels, scheduled one to two weeks apart. Waxing ranges from a 10-minute lip wax at $10 to a 35-minute Brazilian wax at $75. Eyebrow clean-ups start at $15, while a first-time shaping costs $25. Bikini waxes start at $45.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 12 PM to 8:30 PM, Friday 8 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 7 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 6 AM to 6 PM, with Mondays closed. Bridal makeup requires a $75 deposit and Halloween, character and SFX makeup requires a $50 deposit. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment, and a fee for a reschedule is applied to the next visit. Two no-shows mean future bookings are not possible. Payments are accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Bridal preview and trial appointments must be arranged by email to confirm the wedding date, and Halloween, character and SFX clients contact the artist after booking with details and reference photos.
