The menu is grouped into Advanced Skin Care, Body Contouring, Post-Op Services and Spa Ala Carte. Prices run from a $50 add-on to multi-session packages for HIFU and permanent hair reduction, so clients can plan around a range of budgets. Many body and skin treatments are sold as series, with suggested session counts listed for each.

Massage visits start with confidential intake paperwork and a conversation about the client's goals. Clients undress in private, and the therapist returns to the room only once the client is ready.

The spa is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am to 8 pm and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Cancellations need at least 12 hours' notice and can be made through Schedulicity or by email. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged $50, and clients have 10 minutes past their appointment time before a missed visit is counted. Laser and eyelash extension appointments require a credit card on file. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian present and a signed consent form, and children under 10 may only attend with a parent who is not receiving a service.

Retail products can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days. Services and packages are not refundable but can be exchanged for other services, except HydraFacials, which cannot be exchanged. Packages with fewer than six services expire six months after purchase. Gift cards come in $25, $50, $100, $150 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and expire 12 months after purchase.
