Facials are organized into Signature Facials, Specialty Facials and Facial Enhancements. Signature Facials start at $115 for the 45-minute Refresh Facial and $130 for the 60-minute Spa Sweet Collective Signature Facial, which is recommended for a first visit. Signature facials can be customized after a skin analysis and run 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes. Specialty options include the Celluma LED Facial, Dermaplane Facial, Rezenerate NanoFacial, Revitalizing Retinol Power-Lift Facial, BioRePeel Advanced Facial Peel (priced at $275, available exclusively with Becki Lemire) and Procell Microchanneling (from $300, available exclusively with Emma Berendes). Facial enhancements such as an acid or enzyme peel and a collagen under-eye mask are added when booking.

Massage includes relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone and prenatal work. Spa Sweet Signature Massage is priced by length, with a $10 addition for prenatal sessions, and the Deluxe Massage (aromatherapy, CBD oil and an under-eye or lip mask) and Hot Stone Massage are available only with Samantha Wetmore. Massage clients undress to their comfort level, and only the area being worked is uncovered.

Waxing and tinting cover face and body waxing, eyebrow shaping, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and eyelash lifts. Waxing and tinting prices are starting rates that can vary by provider. Clients are asked to book waxing at least three days before a swimsuit or event, avoid prescribed retinol products for three to four days beforehand, and expect waxing every four to six weeks. Facials are typically recommended every four to six weeks.

Bookings are by appointment only, through the online system, by phone or by text. A credit card is required to hold appointments and is charged only for a cancellation policy violation. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice, late notice is charged 50% of the session fee, and no-shows are charged the full service fee. Full payment is due even if services are not completed because of late arrival. Couples and friends can book together but are placed in separate treatment rooms, since there is no room for two people at once.

Sonja Boatman Anderson takes a root-cause view that looks past surface symptoms to what drives skin health, combining advanced esthetics with regenerative health principles and tailoring each treatment to the individual client.

The spa is fragrance-free, so guests are asked to skip strong scents, perfumes and colognes and to silence or switch off their phones.
