Massage is the core of the menu. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Prenatal massages are offered in 60 minute sessions, with Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone also available in 90 minute sessions, and Targeted Swedish, Targeted Deep Tissue and Targeted Hot Stone offered as 30 minute visits. Hydrotherapy is a 15 minute magnesium sulfate soak taken in a private, candlelit room in PureWater Baths tubs. Facial and scalp options include Crystal Calm Face & Scalp, which pairs steam towels and a calming facial massage using honeysuckle jasmine oil with a gel mask and cold globes, and a Moroccan Scalp Massage with warm Moroccan oil. The Revive Foot Ritual and the longer Ultimate Hand & Foot Ritual cover hand and foot care, and aromatherapy can be added to a massage for a small fee.
Couples can book the couples massage rooms, and the couples packages include side-by-side hydrotherapy soaks with two aroma-enhanced Swedish massages. The spa also has individual treatment rooms and several relaxation areas. Guests are offered cotton robes, warm neck wraps and fruit-infused water, along with chocolate treats from Glacier Confection and sometimes hot chocolate or spiced tea. Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes before a treatment and to turn off cell phones on arrival. Single-service guests change in their treatment room, while multi-service guests receive a robe and a locker. The spa is not responsible for valuables, but Marriott guests can ask the concierge to hold them during their stay. Gratuity of 15% to 20% is suggested, with envelopes provided at checkout.
The spa has supported the Tristese Grief Center for seven years through volunteer work and auction donations. The spa states that Oklahoma Magazine has named it Best of the Best Day Spa every year since 2004.
Booking requires a deposit of 50% of the service total, paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or gift card. Cancellations made three days ahead receive the deposit back to the card, while changes or cancellations between three days and 24 hours ahead turn the deposit into an account credit valid for 12 months. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments are charged in full. Children under 10 are not permitted. Ages 10 to 15 may book certain treatments with a parent or guardian present, a signed consent form and a same-gender licensed massage therapist. Ages 16 to 18 may book 30 and 60 minute Swedish and Hot Stone massages with a signed parent or guardian consent form and a same-gender licensed massage therapist. Gift cards are honored for their full purchased value toward any current service, though they are not redeemable for cash and lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. The spa builds its visits around relaxation, pairing massage with warm water soaks, scalp and face care, and hand and foot rituals.
