The spa describes itself as a premium detox experience for immunity, wellness and beauty, and says self-care is essential to a happy, healthy life. It welcomes men and women in co-ed areas, with separate women's facilities alongside.
The facility has six sauna rooms, several baths and a family Jacuzzi. The sauna rooms include a Hinoki dry sauna, an herbal steam sauna, a charcoal mud clay room, an infrared healing room, a Himalayan salt room and a negative ion balancing room. The Jade Room is a private space for massage and facials, decorated with jade stones and kept at a medium heat. The co-ed area has a Rock Waterfall bath, signature baths and the family Jacuzzi, while the women's area has a locker room, shower room, signature baths and a powder room with hair dryers.
Massage options range from acupressure sessions, described as inspired by Eastern medicine, to Shiatsu, deep tissue work and The Venus, which blends several techniques depending on the body. Facials run from a Classic Facial to advanced treatments using radiofrequency, hydradermabrasion, stem cell application and a gentle laser. Wet room treatments pair a Korean-style physical body scrub with massage and ingredients such as honey, pearl, seaweed, ginseng or 24K gold. Radio Frequency Cupping and the anti-cellulite treatments are offered in the pain clinic and body sculpting menus.
Admission is $50 on weekdays and weekends, and the fee is waived with any facial, massage, body treatment or V-Steam. Robes, towels, slippers, dryers and toiletries are provided, and guests may bring their own toiletries and robes. The spa does not serve food; water, coffee and house-brewed reishi mushroom tea are offered, and outside food is not allowed. Swimsuits are required in the co-ed area, bathing suits are not allowed in the women's Jacuzzis, and guests are asked to shower thoroughly before entering the Jacuzzis. Customers usually tip around 20% of their treatment.
Gift cards are sold online as eGift cards in amounts of $100, $150, $200, $250 or a custom value, and are also available in store. Recipients must show ID at check-in, the recipient's full name must match the card, and they sign a Completion of Services form. Groups of more than two people must call to book, and a deposit is required for group bookings. Cancellations within 48 hours receive no deposit refund, per person, and prices are subject to change without notice.
The spa frames its work around self-care and aims to help guests feel their best. Sauna rooms, herbal steam and detox-focused treatments sit alongside massage and facial work.
