Consultations are free and can be requested through an online form. The clinic says it offers honest consultations, uses only genuine medications and supplies, and uses FDA-approved treatments and machines. It says its full-time medical team has been with the clinic for more than 15 years, and that its medical staff treat two to four Ultherapy and Sofwave patients each day.

Ultherapy Prime is among the more involved services the clinic offers. According to the clinic, it is the sole FDA-cleared ultrasound option for the face, neck and décolletage, and 95% of patients report being satisfied. Results build over roughly two to three months and are said to last a year or longer, and the clinic suggests repeating the treatment every one to two years. Pain control is included as standard, with a prescription numbing cream and an oral pain reliever. Nitrous oxide can be added for an extra fee and lets the patient drive themselves home afterward. Patients who are especially sensitive to pain can book an anesthesia specialist for an additional charge, but this requires a recent blood test, an EKG taken within the past six months, a health check-up, and eight hours of fasting beforehand. Blood-thinning over-the-counter medications and certain supplements should be stopped three to seven days before treatment. Retinols, AHAs and heavy-duty exfoliants should stay off the treated skin for three to five days beforehand, and sun exposure and tanning should be avoided for at least two weeks. Afterward, saunas, steam rooms and other aesthetic treatments on the same area should be skipped for two weeks, and strenuous exercise should wait one to two days. The treatment is not suitable for open wounds, severe or cystic acne, or active implants in the treatment area.

The laser and injectable services come with specific schedules. PicoToning sessions for pigmentation are listed as five to ten sessions spaced six to eight weeks apart, with a visit of 40 minutes to an hour and minimal to no downtime. A first session may include CO2 laser to remove moles, skin tags or surface pigmentation, which can leave scabs. Laser hair removal is listed as a course of five to ten sessions every four to six weeks, with clients asked to avoid plucking, waxing and electrolysis for six weeks beforehand and to limit sun exposure. Botox Cosmetic is described as taking under 30 minutes, with results possibly starting four to ten days later and fading over three to five months.

The clinic also runs a VIP Advantage Loyalty Program, says it upgrades to two to four new laser devices each year, and sells SkinMedica and ZO Skin Health products, including SkinMedica products through an online store.
