A visit begins with a consultation where the client describes the change they want. The team then works through five steps: understanding the goal, building a plan, carrying out the treatment, following up with aftercare and a timely check-in, and adjusting the plan as the skin changes. Clients receive a written plan covering sessions, timing and total cost before any treatment starts, and prices are shown up front on the price list. Progress photos are taken at every visit, and an AI Facial Scan tracks changes to the skin surface over time.
